Include more walking in your day, join one of our free, friendly and safe Health Walks.
The walks are part of a national scheme called Ramblers Wellbeing Walks. They are led by trained leaders and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. You can walk at your own pace.
You don’t need to book, just turn up. Walks happen every day across the borough.
They usually run in most weather, but may be cancelled in severe conditions like snow or ice, and sometimes on bank holidays.
